Server-Logfiles

The provider (or their webspace provider) collects data relating to every time their offer is accessed (known as server logfiles). The access data includes:

name of the website visited, file, date and time of the visit, volume of data transferred, notification of a successful visit, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (site previously visited), IP address and the querying provider.

The provider only uses the protocol data for purposes of statistical evaluation for business reasons, security and to optimise the service. However, the supplier reserves the right to check the protocol data retrospectively should there be reasonable grounds to suspect illegal use based on concrete evidence.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is information which enables a person to be identified, i.e., information, which can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or phone number. Personal data includes data regarding preferences, hobbies, memberships or information on which websites were viewed by someone. Personal data are only collected, processed and re-forwarded by the provider to the extent that this is legally permitted or if the users consent to the data collection.

When contact is made with the supplier (for example via the contact form or email), the information provided by the user is saved for the purposes of processing the enquiry and also in the event that there may be follow-up questions.

Cookies are small files, which make it possible to save certain, device-specific information on the user’s access device (PC, smartphone etc.) They help make websites more user-friendly for the benefit of the user (e.g. storing login data). They also help record statistical data relating to website use, and aid analysis to help improve the service. The user can control the use of cookies. This website uses Piwik, open-source software for the statistical evaluation of visitor access. The information produced by the cookie about your use of this internet service is stored on the service provider’s server in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after it is processed and before it is saved. You can prevent the installation of cookies by using the appropriate setting on your browser software, however we would point out to you that if you do this, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.



Cancellation, changes, corrections and updates

On request, the user is entitled to receive details about the personal information saved about them, free of charge. In addition, the user has the right to have inaccurate data corrected, or have their personal data blocked or deleted where there is no legal obligation to keep it.
